We’re aware that weddings involve a lot of costs, and that it all adds up quickly. But what remains after the wedding day?

Of course, it’s primarily about being married, which is a special feeling. The ring also serves as a daily reminder of this special day and our bond. What remains forever are pictures of this special day, the wedding day! And this picture story is intended to be a kind of “return ticket” that captures and recreates the moments, emotions, and joy of this special day. We love to accompany weddings and capture precisely these feelings.

For us as wedding photographers, the wedding day is always something special and also a challenge, even after all the years we’ve been doing it. You always have to be focused and attentive, because certain moments simply can’t be repeated. We’re usually on our feet nonstop until dinner and, to be honest, pretty exhausted the next day 😉 but always filled with the beautiful moments.

We set very high standards for ourselves, as we want every wedding reportage to be told authentically and genuinely – with many moments that the bride and groom won’t even notice on the day itself. Since we always work in pairs, we can naturally cover a lot of ground and even split up if necessary. Everyone sees something different, from a variety of perspectives, which makes the mix of photos perfect for us.

For a full-day reportage with 10 hours of accompaniment, we come home with around 9,000 photos. A major part of our work therefore only begins after the wedding day. We first select the best photos and give them a beautiful color look.

We are aware that many people base the price of a wedding reportage solely on the time spent accompanying them on the wedding day itself. However, for us, the preparation, namely the personal meeting and the location visit, is extremely important, as is, of course, the post-production, selection, and editing of the photos, all of which is, of course, included in the total price.

The question “How much should a wedding photographer cost?” is, of course, generally difficult to answer, as there are no guidelines and everyone – both the client and the photographer – can decide for themselves. As a team of two, it’s important to us to be fair to our couples, and mutual appreciation is very important to us.

For us, a wedding reportage starts with a six-hour coverage time during peak season (May-October) at approximately EUR 1,800. We’ve decided against fixed packages, as everyone wants something different and we travel all over Austria.
